According to the Western aviation experts, the Russian army will take many years before the fighter jets replace. As reported, a few days ago the Ukrainian army attacked the Russian long -range bombers. Several of them are completely burned out.
There are various information about the total number of destroyed fighter jets in the distant north of Russia and in Siberia. The US government is based on a maximum of 20 pieces. That is about half as much as the Ukrainian president Wolodyymyr called Senskyj. On the other hand, two American representatives assume that there are only ten machines. The Kremlin participated on Thursday that the plane had been completely destroyed. The damage would be repaired.
In practice, however, Russian nuclear energy should not start seriously, because they mainly consisted of ground and submarine-supported missiles, experts from the London Material Factory Rusi said. The bombers were part of a long -distance fleet used during the war to dismiss conventional rockets for Ukrainian goals. The same fleet also regularly made patrol flights to the North Pole area, the North Atlantic Ocean and the Northern Pacific to scare the Western opponents, said Justin Bronk from Rusi.
Here you can see a recording of the attack:
Identically new building unlikely
However, the replacement of the aircraft is a challenge for the Kremlin and will probably take a few years. A large part is of the Soviet period, the production of which has been established for decades. The existing machines have been modernized over the years, so an identical new building was unlikely, said Douglas Barrie von Rusi.
“Russia will have trouble implementing the program for the next five years, let alone accelerate.” The reason is that budget passes and restrictions for the industry because of the sanctions.
According to the Ukrainian media, four air force base of the Russian army were attacked. The drones were smuggled in loads in the Russian area. One of them was probably exploded, so that the entire truck caught fire.
