Due to the noise in an apartment, a patrol was ordered to an apartment in Hall in Tirol. When the resident, a 32-year-old Bulgarian, refused and resisted a request to be quiet during the officers’ second visit, he was arrested. It wasn’t his first offense.
A family probably celebrated too loudly in their apartment on New Year’s Eve in Hall! Neighbors called the police because of the noise. This arrived around 10 pm and asked the owner of the apartment to reduce the noise. Around 00:40 another report came in about noise nuisance in the apartment.
During the second visit by the agents, a 32-year-old Bulgarian, the son of the apartment owner, opened the door. The man was not happy with the renewed warning and became aggressive towards the officers. Despite repeated requests to reduce the noise, he refused and resisted en masse. Eventually he was arrested. He injured two officers. He also sustained injuries.
Numerous outstanding fines
It was not the man’s first crime: the BH Innsbruck has issued a demonstration order against him for open fines. “He is widely reported for, among other things, attempted resistance to state authority,” the detectives say. His parents are also reported for numerous administrative offenses.
