Blümel has repeatedly shown patience with the customer hotline, but has not received a satisfactory answer. “The only thing I was told on the phone was that it could take up to six days before I had power again. Just look: together with Wiener Netze, the problem was solved the next morning. The smart meter has been activated and electricity has been flowing again ever since. Wiener Netze claimed that it had not received registration. “The deregistration is then a normal process,” said a spokeswoman. Wien Energie could not be reached for comment.
