On his bike from his home in Mölltal to the Greek capital Athens. Florian Lerchbaumer has set herself the task of collecting donations for a six-year-old child suffering from a degenerative brain disease (Canavan’s disease). “Most of these children remain in the newborn stage throughout their lives.
Like Levi, they need help and care,” explains the resident of Mölltal, who wants to lend a hand to the six-year-old. “Levi lives in my home community Stall. I am driving 1950 kilometers to Greece and want to collect donations for him, as the family will face many expenses in the future, such as purchasing a wheelchair, a stair lift or a larger car adapted for the disabled.”
The fundraising tour starts on Friday
Lerchbaumer announced his journey, which he starts on Epiphany, on his Instagram channel florian_lerchbaumer.
