A 27-year-old from Villach tried to kill his own neighbors with a 20 centimeter long kitchen knife.
The father and his son were busy painting in the basement of their rented apartment on Friday. Meanwhile, the 27-year-old neighbor came into the basement to get his laundry out of the washing machine. Suddenly he threatened the two with death. “It is still unclear why he reacted in this way,” said the police. His threats were ignored and the man from Villach then left the room – but returned a short time later.
