On the night of Epiphany, police in Vienna-Margareten were called to an apartment where horrific scenes were said to have taken place. A stranger allegedly raped a 56-year-old. The man is wanted.
The approximately 25 to 30-year-old man followed the woman to the door of the apartment around 3 a.m. on her way home. “The woman stated that the man entered the apartment through the front door, which the woman probably did not completely lock,” the police said in a broadcast on Saturday. Shortly afterwards, he raped the 56-year-old in her apartment.
Threatened with murder
Meanwhile, he threatened to kill the victim. When the ordeal was over, the 56-year-old managed to flee the apartment to a neighbor on her way to the toilet. She immediately alerted the police. The National Investigation Department is currently investigating and the traces have already been secured.
The alleged perpetrator is described as follows:
