After a year, the public prosecutor’s office stopped investigating an alleged gang rape in Linz. Ballet teacher Johanna Wilk was the only reference person for the victim in the incident (16) and is now outraged by the approach taken by the judiciary. The “Krone” asked the public prosecutor’s office how this hard-to-understand decision could come about.
“I’m devastated that the girl has to prove she was raped. It’s so traumatized that it just can’t talk about it, and the four boys go for a walk” – Johanna Wilk (87), legendary ballet school owner in Linz, was the only reference person when a 16-year-old intern on March 30, 2022, four boys were allegedly raped in a stairwell in a building near Linz main station.
