Two total loss and two injured is the first result after a car accident near Bleiburg in Carinthia: A driver probably ignored the right-of-way rules, the police said about the initial findings.
The emergency services were alerted at 6:37 p.m. on Tuesday evening: a Bosnian (37) was driving on Lippitzbach Strasse from Bleiburg Ruden, a 58-year-old from the Völkermarkt district drove his car on the municipal road from Rinkenberg. Presumably he turned onto the B80a without paying attention to the right of way and collided with the Bosnian’s car.
The force of the impact threw both vehicles into the adjacent field and severely damaged them. Both drivers were injured and were taken to the Klagenfurt clinic after first aid from the emergency doctor.
