EITB in Ukraine: One year after the start of the war in Ukraine, the EITB will provide unprecedented intelligence coverage, on the ground and by collecting first-hand information. February 24 marks one year since the invasion of Ukraine began, and all EITB media are pouring out reports, live links and special programs covering the situation in Ukraine one year later.

– Bank tax: Today ends the period initially set by the government of Spain to pay extraordinary taxes to banks and energy companies. Most of the companies affected by the new tax have decided to speed up the deadlines and, barring the general disagreement, will pay 50% of the tax this Monday. The remaining 50% must be paid in September.

– 20 years after the closure of Euskaldunon Egunkaria: On 20 February 2003, the national court judge, Juan del Olmo, ordered the closure of the only newspaper then published in Basque and the arrest of 10 people accused of collaborating with ETA. We review the chronology of these two decades.
