The President of the United States, Joe Bidenpromised on Tuesday that Ukraine will “never” be a victory for Russia and has denounced the atrocities committed by Russian forces during the war.

In addition, the US president has one “new strategic alliance” with Poland to build nuclear power plants with the aim of increasing energy production for the future.
For his part, the US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinkhas the Russian announcement that it is complying with the latter nuclear disarmament treaty in force between Russia and the US, the new start.
“Russia’s announcement that it is suspending its participation in the New START is very unfortunate and irresponsible. We will be very attentive to what Russia does,” the US chief of diplomacy told the press during his visit to Athens.
