The Dots Group broke into the property on Saturday and so the new tenant has taken “security measures” by barricading or bricking up windows and the entrance area. Damage to property has also been reported.

According to Ho’s lawyers, the property was never returned, there was no eviction agreement and the Dots Group was legally still the tenant. The landlord had transferred 15,000 euros “unsolicited” and the payment of this amount is in full swing.

Disputes about outstanding bills
According to “Standard”, the break was caused, among other things, by outstanding invoices worth 60,000 euros. The outstanding rents have been paid, but there are still incomprehensible costs for electricity and heating that have not yet been paid. The Dots Group suspects that one must be “disgusted” with the rent in order to rent the place at a higher price.

According to the lawsuit, there have already been “a series of disruptive actions” in recent weeks, “with the overtly communicated aim of disgusting the plaintiff as a tenant of the rental property despite the sincere lease agreement”. The goal, so the Dots Group suspects: the restaurant must go to a new tenant at a higher rent.
