On March 27, the virtual curtain of the Long Night of the Application IT Online Edition will rise again. This is where data experts, IT students and software freaks look for their next ideal employer. Up to five real job interviews await the participants, as well as exciting lectures, individual coaching and great prizes!
An extraordinary Austria-wide recruitment event where companies and applicants save a lot of time and distance in the application process. 40 major companies from Vorarlberg to Vienna are present. On this evening, more than 800 conversations will take place with IT specialists and those who want to become one.

Freshly graduated academics, motivated students, career changers and job seekers of all ages, as well as all IT departments from all over Austria, are welcome to the 21st Long Night of Applications. Registration for applicants will run from 5 to 15 March 2023 via the online form on the website www.langenachtderwerbung.com.
Applicants can select up to seven companies they want to talk to. After that, about 200 applicants can look forward to one of the coveted places at the online event. The participants are professionally prepared in advance. You will also receive the ‘How To Pitch’ manual and the online course ‘Applying differently’.

How does a job interview at the Lange Nacht van Solliciteren work? The focus is on the applicants and how they can sell and present themselves. The applicants start the interview with a 2 minute application pitch. In the next eight minutes, HR managers can clarify important questions. After exactly ten minutes, the applicant will hear whether he or she will be invited for an in-depth interview at the company and, in the best case scenario, will receive the coveted progress card.
