Want pizzeria back – large-scale police operation because of grotesque wall of Ho

Date:

What does it take to tear down a wall? What started as a joke has now become reality in Vienna over the dispute between Martin Ho and his landlord. By the way, the answer to the question is: a lot of police, a lawyer and a lot of technical knowledge.

The fall of the Berlin Wall was a piece of cake compared to the cause surrounding the “Small House of Art”. As reported, there is a dispute between scene restorer Martin Ho and the landlord of the property. Because of an outstanding bill, he wanted to throw the businessman and his valuable belongings out the door and made good on the threat.

Ho had deployed construction crews on Friday
To give the eviction the necessary emphasis, he simply closed the entrance to the pizzeria. Ho sued and got a court ruling: the wall must go. Because that didn’t happen, Ho had construction crews deployed on Friday.

“Krone” took part in the three-hour campaign
“We had a just foreclosure to gain access to the company premises,” says Ho’s lawyer. Easier said than done. The “Krone” was part of the three-hour action: First, the police who rushed to the scene had to be convinced that it was not a burglary. A locksmith drilled open the doors, another craftsman scrambled through a kitchen window to open the electric sliding door. Then the brick wall must be removed.

Because, according to the lawyer, there were strangers in the rooms, fistfights broke out. The police came again. Only then can the wall fall. Ho’s lawyer: “Because the people did not want to leave the location, we left. Now we will apply for pre-trial detention.”

Scene restorer Ho said after the action: “History shows that neither wall building nor vigilance lead to success. Lukas Neugebauer and his LNR Development clearly lack respect for the judiciary and legal insight. Dots Group will pursue all legal remedies. The previous court rulings speak plainly about LNR Development’s illegal actions.”
