At family gatherings – “Loving” uncle abuses own nieces

He was considered a trusting uncle. For years, no one suspected anything. But one day he showed his true colors. He quietly and secretly began using family gatherings and vacations together to give free rein to his sick tendencies.

He coldly abused the family’s trust several times. And destroyed the innocence of young girls. Like in April 2018, when the 48-year-old lured one of his nieces, then nine years old, into his bedroom during a skiing holiday and put his hand on her. Because of a cold, the girl had remained in the care of her uncle. Or in the summer of 2019, when he groped little sister indecently at grandma’s house while she was playing. But even on Grandma’s 70th birthday, the girls are said to have been attacked. However, the victims did not want to surrender to their fate and told their mother about the terrible incidents.

Now the uncle had to answer for sexual abuse at the regional court in Krems. The father-of-two and tax inspector from Vienna tried to excuse his actions in the dock. He wants to work on himself so that something like this doesn’t happen again in the future, the 48-year-old promised to improve. For this to succeed, he is already in therapy. And the father of the family will still have to visit them, as the court sentenced the man to 24 months in prison, four of which were unconditional, including instructions for psychotherapy and payment of 3,000 euros in compensation for pain and suffering per victim.
