“Many in the Mississippi Delta need your prayers and God’s protection tonight. We have activated medical assistance and provided more ambulances and other emergency equipment to those affected,” state governor Tate Reeves wrote on Twitter (tweet above). He also asked people to check the weather reports and exercise caution throughout the night.
