A neighbor dispute escalated Monday evening in Gleisdorf (Styria). The local police even had to call the task force for help.
A 36-year-old made the threats against his neighbors through a courier service. He backed up his words with a photo showing him with a gun and pepper spray.
Use in the late hours
Those threatening immediately alerted the Gleisdorf police, who in turn received the green light from the Graz public prosecutor’s office to arrest the man and search the house. Officers from Cobra and the rapid intervention group SRK-SIG were also called in for this operation.
The man was eventually apprehended late in the evening. It turned out that the gun was just a plastic dummy. The 36-year-old was reported for his threats. There is already a gun ban against him.
