The child went for a walk with the Yorkshire terrier in Essenbach north of Landshut on Monday, but apparently didn’t feel like it. The 11-year-old apparently stepped on a passerby who was a complete stranger to her and offered him the dog for several hundred euros. The stranger agreed, the Landshut Police Inspectorate reported Wednesday.
Sales exploded upon returning home
When the girl returned home without her four-legged friend, sales exploded. The father then contacted the police. However, she could not help the man, but only give advice: look for the buyer herself and take civil action.
The eleven-year-old’s reason for selling the terrier: She didn’t want to go for a walk and probably wanted to improve her pocket money.
