Seven witnesses were questioned and their perceptions roughly coincided. As so often, J. was very drunk. “He pissed everyone off,” says one. Another says that J. poured him wine. When J. and S. crossed paths, the suspect asked him to disappear. He did so 20 minutes before fate took its course. J. grabbed S.’s shirt and dragged him out of the bar. The shirt ripped. And boom!
“J fell over like a plank,” said a witness. “It was self-defense,” S. justified himself, while lawyer Florian Astl sat by his side. According to the report, this showed that J. had also used addictive substances in addition to a lot of alcohol – as appears from the blood count for at least six months J.: “No, I’m not taking anything with me!”
The judge was lenient towards the impeccable electrician: an extrajudicial compensation, namely 2000 euros in compensation.
