“We Loved Each Other” – Wacky: Couple convicted of having sex on the train

Date:

There are processes that no court show screenwriter can imagine! Like the one about a Carinthian couple, who landed in front of judge Claudia Bandion-Ortner, among other things, because they set off on the regional train – causing a nuisance.

“One moment please,” read the message on Wednesday morning at the regional court of Klagenfurt. Because the two suspects are late. “We couldn’t find a parking space,” the 34-year-old and his 32-year-old girlfriend apologize. “So you didn’t take the train this time,” Judge Bandion-Ortner said. Because it’s a hot train ride that has attracted a lot of viewers – the couple had sex in a carriage, according to the complaint. So that all passengers who had to pass the place of the two Lower Carinthians could see it.

“I saw her bare bottom”
“So we didn’t have real intercourse,” the couple defends. “She just sat on top of me and we loved each other. It was a beautiful day, we kissed. It may have looked different to others,” the man also admits. “I saw her bare buttocks,” grumbles a witness. “It didn’t just look like this. Anyway, I just put on my headphones, looked at my cell phone and tried to hide those two there.” But that did not work out.

Witnesses ‘properly brushed off’
“He filmed us,” the woman is still angry. “Certainly, even if he denies it! And that doesn’t work at all.” So she gave the other passenger, who really just wanted to be left alone, a good slap in the face: “I had to wipe that off!” There were also a few tufts of hair. The couple shouldn’t be prude anyway, because in addition to sex on the track, they are accused of several acts of resistance against police officers. “They are not nice to us either,” the couple complains.

Judge Bandion-Ortner lets the two talk a lot – neither of them are in court for the first time and know how it works. He has 16 previous convictions, she also has 6. “We’re talking about prison sentences”, they both know. And right: he unconditionally excludes 18 months, she partially excludes 12 months conditionally, not legally binding.
