40-year-old accused of forcing girlfriend to have sex with kitchen knife

Date:

A 40-year-old is said to have threatened, strangled and raped his girlfriend during an argument. In court, the suspect spoke of a revenge action by his ex. After contradictory statements from the victim, the man was acquitted “when in doubt” at the regional court in St. Pölten.

“I just wanted it to stop. I just accepted it,” the victim said on the witness stand. At the beginning of January, after a relationship of more than two years, her boyfriend allegedly locked her in the apartment in the Mostviertel during an argument, strangled her and raped.”Join me or I’ll cut you open,” the 40-year-old allegedly threatened and held a kitchen knife to her throat.

To contain her screams, he stuffed her mouth with several fingers. She has even “peed her pants” in fear. Then he went to sleep peacefully.

Man pleads ‘not guilty’
“They are all lies,” the suspect declared in court in St. Pölten and pleaded not guilty. The man seeks revenge as a motive for the accusations that his ex is a drug-addicted ‘psychopath’. On the contrary, she provoked him to death and hit him with insults where it hurt – in his manhood.

conflicting relationship
The alleged “sleeper” did not want to let that happen, several police operations testify to – mutually – tangible disputes. But the suspect makes one thing clear: “I don’t need a knife. My two knives are the left and the right fist, I’m old-fashioned there.”

acquittal when in doubt
Due to contradictory statements from the victim, the 40-year-old, who had already been convicted, was acquitted “when in doubt”. It is also not clear where the injuries to the victim’s neck and thighs came from.
