During a show jumping competition in Lamprechtshausen in Salzburg, the gray “Celvin” galloped through a small container door. The animal, weighing 600 kilograms, touched the head of the registry office. He escaped lightly with a basilar skull fracture.
These are scenes that a horror movie director couldn’t have come up with more creepy. At the show jumping competition in Lamprechtshausen on Friday, a gray rider refused to jump. The bridle slid over the animal’s head. The horses shot at him, “Cevin”, he threw off his rider, galloped off and jumped the gate of the track. And because the 600-kilogram “Celvin” couldn’t slow down on tarmac, it burst through a door at high speed into the registration office (see also the video above). To Matthias Eckmayer.
