A mentally ill German has now appeared in court in Eisenstadt. He allegedly put a young woman under such psychological pressure that she felt blackmailed.
The attractive woman from Burgenland and the German VUT got to know each other through social media. The mentally ill 24-year-old gave his beloved gifts, such as online games or a headset with a total value of around 140 euros. But the 22-year-old soon realized that something was “wrong” with Leroy S. and broke off contact.
Woman sent nude photo to blackmailer
“He then posted a video on TikTok of private chat messages from me. He refused to delete it unless I kept in touch with him.” S. also persuaded the young woman to send him a nude photo – which she did: “But fortunately only without a face.” The 24-year-old also asked for the money for the gifts back, “otherwise I wouldn’t have any peace”. “When he sent the picture of my breasts to other people, I stopped paying and filed a complaint.”
Judge acquitted the defendant
Now the early retiree was on trial in Eisenstadt. Although an acquittal followed because the crime of extortion was not formally legalized, the judge sharply criticized the 24-year-old for his “morally unappealing” behavior.
