The traditional inn Tippeler in Schwaz in Tyrol has found new tenants. The former chef and his wife took the leap into self-employment. They explain their motivation for this courageous step towards the “Krone”. They made people sit up and pay attention by announcing that prices would be reduced.

Bankruptcy proceedings were opened for R&A Gastro GmbH at the end of March, the “Tiroler Krone” reports. Three inns were hit in Tyrol. Including the Gasthof zur Krippe, Tippeler, in the Silver City. Under the new management at the beginning of May, the traditional inn opened its doors very quickly. The former chef Marcel Gärtner decided to take over the helm together with Mrs. Katja.
