Anyone plagued by pathological jealousy has a few questions when their girlfriend returns from vacation. This was the starting point why the argument between an Italian (24) and his local partner (33) got completely out of hand.
“He locked her up, took her keys and mobile phone, then he had a butcher knife in his hand for a long time,” the public prosecutor looks back on the dramatic hours. “You’re not getting out of here alive,” the suspect allegedly threatened.
Numerous emergency services ‘besieged’ the farm
The situation calmed down for a moment and the couple fell asleep on the sofa. The woman was then able to raise the alarm, and there was a kind of “siege” of the yard by the emergency services, and the door was barricaded with a bench. Finally, the 24-year-old ignited a paper towel that set a box of toys on fire. A bottle thrown at the police bounced off the door frame. Drug fungi accused
The Italian, who was active in top sport in his country, put the events into perspective during the trial. The suspect and his counsel asked for reflection time.
