The 28-year-old Upper Austrian who allegedly killed his ex-girlfriend (39) in Graz in April and then deliberately caused a fatal traffic accident has been transferred from the hospital to the Graz-Jakomini prison. The suspect, who was seriously injured in the collision, was in a coma for several days. However, his state of health is now sufficient to serve the detention in prison, according to the Graz prosecutor.
The 28-year-old, who is registered in the Steyr-Land district, allegedly killed his “ex” in her home in the Wetzelsdorf district with multiple stab wounds, as reported several times. Immediately afterwards, he allegedly drove into the car of an innocent bystander with suicidal intentions.
The 31-year-old opponent of the accident has died. The suspect barely survived. After being in a coma for several days, he was interrogated by the police. He showed time and place orientation, but declined to comment on the accusation
