2.4 promille intus – attack in Railjet: Germans let fists speak

An argument between a German (66) and a 56-year-old Austrian in the Railjet between Innsbruck and Ötztal-Bahnhof in the Tyrolean Oberland got completely out of hand on Saturday morning. The man from Germany injured his opponent with a violent punch. A breath test showed more than two in a thousand.

Around 10 a.m., the two men got into an argument. What it was about is currently unclear. Anyway, the situation escalated.

The 66-year-old German is said to have completely panicked and punched the Austrian in the face.

The police received attackers
The local resident suffered serious injuries. The police were already waiting for the alleged attacker in Ötztal-Bahnhof. A breathalyzer test carried out on him revealed a blood alcohol level of 2.4. Appropriate advertisements will follow.
