Because of the restraining order, a man (50) rioted in the Vienna court

He probably didn’t like the fact that a 50-year-old was denied access to the criminal court in Vienna. Still not wanting to leave the building, the man attacked an officer. Several officers from the prison guard rushed to help bring the rioters under control, which they later succeeded in doing.

First, the man came to the regional court in Vienna as a visitor. But the man was already negatively noticed at the access controls. For no apparent reason, the 50-year-old officers insulted the officers and behaved aggressively. Then he was banished from the house.

Still, the man refused to leave and attacked a prison guard. In front of other visitors, the man even threatened to kill the officer. Several officers came and took the Austrian citizen to the courthouse, where the police arrived a little later.

The 50-year-old was arrested on suspicion of making a dangerous threat. During police questioning, he denied the allegations. Further investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
