A burnt-out car that would have crashed into the Donauzentrum in Vienna on Tuesday morning caused a stir on Tuesday morning. According to information from “Krone”, a jeweler was robbed there. The course of events is reminiscent of the spectacular break-in in SCS in May.
According to initial information, the incident may have occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Donauzentrum. “I was on my way to work at 8 in the morning when I suddenly realized that the main entrance was blocked and I had to take another route via the stairs,” says a Krone reader-reporter irritably.
On her way up, she suddenly discovered emergency services removing a burnt-out vehicle in front of a jeweler on Schrödingerplatz.
“People are scared, nobody knows exactly what happened. It was a burglary. I’m scared,” the young woman told the “Krone.”
