Role models look different and there are no excuses. A man from the Innviertel had the worst possible idea: he got behind the wheel drunk – only that is not smart and not only dangerous for him. No, he also put four kids in the car and drove them around in the middle of the night.
During an alcohol check on Saturday evening in Schwanenstadt, police officers from Vöcklabruck checked a 28-year-old motorist from Weilbach in the Ried district around 11:45 p.m. Due to the strong smell of alcohol, he was asked to take an alcohol test, which resulted in a blood alcohol content of 1.58. The vehicle also had an expired sticker. His driver’s license was taken from him on the spot and he was not allowed to continue driving.
Four kids in the car
But that wasn’t the worst. That the 28-year-old behaved condescendingly towards the officers during the official act is also not appropriate. But the worst comes at the end: the Schluckspecht had four minor children in the vehicle, a seven-year-old boy was only fastened with a seat belt but without a suitable child restraint system. There’s an extra ad for that.
