This has been announced by the Bizkaia Transport Consortium, which notes that it will reapply the 50% cut after approving another 50% cut in its General Council on July 12.
The Bizkaia Transport Consortium (CTB) has announced that from July 1, public transport fares in Biscay will be paid at 100% until the approval of a new reduction to 50% in the General Council of the Bizkaia Transport Consortium.
This advice, according to a press release from the CTB, will take place on July 12 and the 50% discount will be applied again from its publication in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia, probably on July 13.
During those days, public transport charges 100% of the tickets, despite the fact that the CTB announced on 30 May, partly through a statement, that it would extend the 50% fare reduction until the end of 2023.
