Police officers of the Vienna-Fünfhaus city police department were alerted on Friday afternoon because a young person (16) repeatedly kicked the door of a vehicle. The suspect made noise, showed extremely aggressive behavior and threatened the officers – arrest!
Despite repeated calls to stop his criminal behavior, the 16-year-old Austrian did not calm down. During the arrest, he resisted violently and used elbow strikes, injuring two police officers.
By order of the public prosecutor’s office in Vienna, the youngster was set free. In addition to the charges of attempted damage to property, serious bodily harm and defiance of state authority, the 16-year-old also faces several administrative charges.
