The 14-year-old, who is being investigated for the planned Pride attack, is said to have had an argument with a conscript. According to a prosecutor, there was coercion. The incident is said to be unrelated to the previous allegations.
The 14-year-old went for a walk with his 13-year-old brother in Vienna just after 8 p.m. on Saturday. Attorney Andreas Schweitzer said there was contact with a passerby. “Then he pulled out his military service card and asked the boys to stop. A small verbal argument ensued. And then there were already two police patrols on the scene.”
However, according to other reports, the youngster is said to have pushed away the humble soldier in civilian clothes. In the meantime, a report has been filed against him for coercion, the public prosecutor of St. Pölten confirms. However, the new incident is not directly related to the previous allegations.
Suspects free again
The 14-year-old is under investigation for an alleged planned attack at the rainbow parade in Vienna on June 17. The charges are terrorist organization and criminal organization. In this context, research is also being done into a 17- and 20-year-old brother couple from St. Pölten. They were taken into custody, but are now all free again.
