This new missile attack on the port comes hours after the Kremlin announced it had signed the so-called Grain Agreement, signed by Russia with Turkey and the UN, by which Moscow pledged to limit the export of Ukrainian grain from three Ukrainian Black Sea ports, including Odessa.

The agreement was signed in July last year at the food security around the world. Ukraine is one of the largest international grain exporters.

Ukraine has asked Turkey and the UN to continue to guarantee exports of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea without Russia in case Moscow does not recover.
