On Thursday, the first day of the Frequency Festival was successfully concluded: And as befits the party of the year, with a great atmosphere – both on the stages and on the campsite. The “Krone” asked around on the spot.
In addition to Limp Bizkit and the doctors, American rapper Macklemore also created a great atmosphere on the Space Stage. To the delight of organizer Harry Jenner, the festival was sold out when it started on Thursday. With around 50,000 visitors a day, the capital’s population has almost doubled today. Off the stages, the Red Cross cared for 529 people until midnight – 21 festival visitors had to be hospitalized for insect bites, circulatory problems and minor injuries.
On Friday, acts such as the Imagine Dragons, Calum Scott, Luciano or Mathea take the stage at the VAZ grounds in St. Pölten. After the concerts, the partygoers can hit the dance floor in the Nightpark as usual.
