Animal drama in Tyrol: In the oppressive heat and an outside temperature of over 30 degrees, a German (40) left her dog in the car for hours on Monday afternoon. The four-legged friend died of pain.
The 40-year-old German had parked her car at around 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon in a parking lot in Kematen (Innsbruck-Land district) and left without her dog.
Four-legged friends had died when they returned
“When the woman returned to her car around 4:30 p.m., the dog that had been in the car the entire time had died,” police said on Wednesday.
The German is now reported to the Public Prosecution Service in Innsbruck on suspicion of animal abuse.
