Judge Tanya Chutkan will set the date for the trial of the former US president in Washington on Monday Donald Trump for his alleged interference reverse the results of the 2020 electionsin case directly related to the storming of the capital.
The date chosen could coincide with the third anniversary of the attack on the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, when a gang of Trump supporters broke into Congress headquarters while a joint session of the chambers was held to ratify Joe Biden’s election victory.
