Dramatic scenes took place Saturday morning in a tobacco shop in Vienna. A masked man threatened an employee with a gun and robbed the tobacconist. The ensuing escape did not last long. The handcuffs already clicked on the robber.
Masked with a motorcycle helmet, the 18-year-old entered the tobacconist’s shop in the Landstrasse district around 7 a.m. Suddenly he pulled out a gun and threatened an employee with it.

The moped on which the young man escaped was reported stolen a few days ago. Both the loot and the gun, a blank pistol, have been seized.
