The young man with glasses spread the propaganda of the Nazi era on social networks between December 2021 and September 2022 – he shared xenophobic messages via Twitter and TikTok, managed a relevant telegram group in which he passed on inflammatory books and writings, the prosecutor quoted on Wednesday during the trial of the indictment. The boy admits the charge of reactivation under the prohibition law without argument: “I wanted to be part of the group.” The 16-year-old grew up without a father and was a victim of bullying, says the lawyer: ‘School was hell for him. He took refuge on the internet and connected with people there, otherwise he had no friends.”
Second chance in the form of a suspended sentence
