A father and his son died in a plane crash in Székesfehérvár, Hungary on Sunday afternoon. Three other people were injured, some seriously. The accident happened during an air show.
As the Hungarian news agency MTI reported, the passengers were in a Trojan T-28 aircraft. When the crash occurred at the airport in Börgönd (near Székesfehérvár), there was no chance of survival for the father and his son. The online portal ‘Feol.hu’ stated that the pilot performed a maneuver at too low a speed. The plane then crashed and exploded.

Smashed next to car
Ultimately, the plane reportedly hit next to a family’s car, causing a child and two adults to suffer serious burns. They were flown to a hospital by rescue helicopters. The air show was canceled and a large number of rescue workers were still on duty on Sunday afternoon.
On the same day, a pilot of a small plane crashed in Lower Austria. He was able to leave the plane virtually unscathed. In this case there would be a failed emergency landing.
