A 23-year-old driver was injured in a dangerous accident on the B94 in the Feldkirchen district (Carinthia) – her vehicle was completely pierced by the side wall of the loading space of a low-loader.
On Monday afternoon, 20 comrades from the FF St. Martin and Feldkirchen left with six vehicles for the B94 between Feldkirchen and Glanegg. There, a 32-year-old was about to turn left in his flatbed truck when the 23-year-old hit the loading area as she drove past. “As a result, the side wall of the low-loader pierced through the windshield and roof of the 23-year-old’s car,” the police describe the incident.
Woman injured to an unknown degree
After the collision, the car left the road, but came to a stop near the shoulder. “After being rescued by the fire brigade, the 23-year-old was taken to the Klagenfurt clinic by emergency services with injuries of an undetermined nature,” police said.
No other road users were injured and the alcohol tests were negative. The road was closed to all traffic for a short time.
