On September 3 around 9 p.m., two men had an argument on Rankler Kilbi. A physical fight ensued, and in the “final furioso” one of the opponents pulled out a blank pistol and shot it into the air. Then he left and left. His counterpart fell to the ground during the argument and suffered several abrasions.
