On Tuesday around 11.30 am, the court arrested the Pinzgauer (41) on the basis of an urgent suspicion of murder. The suspect referred to statements he had already made during the police questioning with the magistrate. As is known, he has already made a factual confession.
The “Krone” has already reported on the statements of the murder suspect: “I am responsible for the death of Sabrina, I alone and I am sorry.” During the detention session, the host abstained from further explanation. The court has not given a reason for detention, since pre-trial detention in such murder cases is, in principle, imposed on a “conditional-mandatory”. According to court spokesman Peter Egger, the suspect declined to appeal. The next detention assessment will take place in 14 days. Pre-trial detention will almost certainly be extended.
Stabbed with a kitchen knife
The “Krone” has already reported several times about Friday’s terrible bloody act. According to the police, the suspect Pinzgauer stabbed his estranged wife and mother of two (30) with a kitchen knife around noon on Friday in an argument. After a day on the run, he turned himself in to the police.
