Saturday morning a terrible accident took place at work in Iselsberg (Tyrol)! A 27-year-old local man may have slipped on the wet ladder and fallen several meters while working on the house. He was flown to LKH Klagenfurt.
The local man and his father were busy building the shell of his house around 9:30 am. To prepare for this, the 27-year-old climbed onto the second floor structure with a ladder. He probably slipped on the wet ladder and fell three meters down.
To the hospital by helicopter
His father immediately started the rescue chain. As a result of the accident, the man suffered serious spinal injuries. He was flown to LKH Klagenfurt for further care. The Lienz rescue service and the C7 emergency medical helicopter came into action.
