A Russian-born teenager (14) is well on his way to becoming a real prisoner.
“It was just in the Wild West,” the victim describes the situation that took place in Feldkirch in February. “I was in the apartment when I first heard a gunshot.” After three more fell, he went out into the street to look. There he saw five young people: two girls and three boys. One of them is the later suspect, only 14 years old.
When the man asks him to put the gun away, the snotty fool seems unimpressed and pretends to be a “thick pants”: “He loaded the gun, stood with his legs apart, and aimed at me” , the victim recalled Incident months later. The victim’s wife witnessed the incident. However, her interrogation is no longer necessary in the process because the teenager has confessed. That’s good for him: because the “small fruit”, against which a gun ban applies, has done a lot in the past. However, due to his young age, the proceedings were withdrawn. This time it ends with a distraction. However, the 14-year-old gets a probation officer at his side for two years.
