Arrested in Leoben – passengers threatened train conductors and police officers

Date:

A train passenger apparently went completely crazy on Monday morning: first he harassed a train conductor and then also insulted the police officers who had been summoned.

Shortly before 9:30 am on Monday morning, a police patrol was called to Leoben train station. On the train from Vienna to Venice, a passenger insulted and harassed a train conductor. But the 61-year-old rioter would not be calmed down by the officers; on the contrary: he also insulted them and even threatened them with death.

Officers had to take the rioters away
The heavily intoxicated man then fell to the floor of the train and had to be carried by the officers. He was taken to the police station, where he was allowed to sober up and questioned later on Tuesday about what happened.
