A fun party in a garden shed turned into a nightmare for an 18-year-old in the Mühlviertel. Sexual abuse, torture with a lit cigarette and robbery. The five perpetrators, including a girl, even filmed the incident with their mobile phone.
A garden party in Vorderweißenbach in the Mühlviertel got completely out of hand and an 18-year-old girl who will never be able to get that evening out of her mind for the rest of her life, became a victim.
Six people – four boys (16 and 17 years old) and two girls (18 and 19 years old) – were celebrating. Large amounts of alcohol flowed in the 19-year-old’s garden. The perpetrators are said to have literally ‘filled’ the 18-year-old – a German – with pear schnapps. Until she got so drunk she didn’t notice anything anymore.
And the boys allegedly exploited this situation unscrupulously. In particular, two of them allegedly incited another to take the opportunity and sexually abuse the girl. They allegedly asked him to do this several times until the abuse occurred.
Most fall into the juvenile justice system
But that’s not all: the ‘friends’ from Austria, Germany and Afghanistan also tortured the 18-year-old and allegedly pressed a lit joint into her hand. And ‘because it’s so funny’, they also filmed the attacks with their mobile phones ‘as a reminder’. Ultimately, the German, who was visiting her friend in the Mühlviertel, was allegedly robbed by her tormentors.
Police were able to understand the allegations and attribute a range of other crimes to the group, such as fraud, robbery and theft. The Linz public prosecutor’s office accuses the five of sexual abuse of a defenseless person, serious bodily harm, serious fraud, coercion, theft and pornographic representation of minors. Because everyone except the 19-year-old is subject to juvenile justice, they face up to five years in prison during the trial on Tuesday, October 17 in Linz.
