Salzburg police have now been able to arrest the youths who brutally beat and robbed a 14-year-old in the Mirabell Gardens in Salzburg on September 30.
Six of the perpetrators attacked a 14-year-old from Flachgau in the Mirabell Gardens on September 30. This concerns a 16-year-old Serbian, a 16-year-old Romanian, a 14-year-old North Macedonian and three Austrians (twice 15 and 21 years old).
The gang is said to have seriously injured the Flachgauer’s nose. A perpetrator is said to have given him a concussion with a fist wrapped in chain. The teens then stole his cell phone and forced him to kiss their shoes. They posted these disgusting scenes on the internet.
After intensive investigation, the gang was tracked down and arrested on Tuesday and Wednesday. The young people partially confessed and were taken to the Salzburg correctional institution.
