The Public Prosecution Service has made serious accusations against two Syrians (both 19) living in Pinzgau: it concerns rape and abuse of a defenseless person. On the night of December 25, Christmas Eve, the two Syrians visited a bar in Saalfelden. There they met the victim, a 17-year-old girl. The alcohol flowed.
The assaults are said to have taken place in the apartment of a 19-year-old: the first allegedly attacked her that night. Then the second early in the morning. A defendant also admitted during the trial on Friday that he had had sex. But: ‘It was not forced, but by mutual consent.’ The other denies any contact.
