In recent months there have been a series of bomb threats at schools in Carinthia: the buildings had to be evacuated and thousands of young people and teachers had to be taken to safety. But now the fun is over – because the first perpetrators have been criminally convicted in Klagenfurt!
“Bombe zümbet (sic!) on March 27, unknown perpetrators had smeared spelling mistakes on the toilet wall of a Carinthian school. The management responded quickly: the building was evacuated and the police arrived with explosives experts and dogs. However, if the perpetrators had hoped that this action would lead to an earlier end to the school, they were wrong.
After hours of waiting outside, classes resumed as normal. “We didn’t think about that at all,” the two young people explained with their heads bowed. And tell us how the bomb message came about.
