Russia orders: – Murders of returning war refugees should not be reported in the media

Date:

There are increasing reports that returnees from Ukraine are killing innocent people in Russia. Some of the documented acts cannot be surpassed in cruelty. Now a new case is causing a stir: a Russian national guard murdered his wife a month after completing his deployment to the front. The Kremlin is now considering steps to counter the panic in Russian society.

It has happened again in Russia’s Altai region: an innocent woman became the victim of a horrific attack in her own home. The perpetrator: her husband Konstantin Tabakayev. He returned a month ago from the so-called “military special operation”, as the agency “Regnum” reported, citing an informant.

Tabakayev was a medic in the OMON, the main unit of the Russian National Guard, and held the rank of sub-lieutenant. The OMON has been repeatedly mentioned by German-language media houses, including for its numerous brutal crackdowns on protests in Russia.

Four months of war
According to information, Tabakayev fought in Ukraine from June to September. A month before the broadcast, he married 30-year-old Yekaterina. According to Yekaterina’s mother, the young woman could no longer be reached by telephone as of Monday, October 23. Out of concern, the mother went to the apartment where Yekaterina lived with her husband. There she found the lifeless bodies of Konstantin and Yekaterina and alerted the police.

Konstantin Tabakayev and Yekaterina Tabakayeva can be seen in this photo:

The deceased showed signs of “mechanical impact,” an interlocutor told the agency. The neighbors said they had been hearing screaming from the apartment since early in the morning and that the couple had been arguing very loudly. Later it became quiet again. No one alerted the police.

The population should be lied to even more
To keep the population calm, the Kremlin no longer wants media to report on these types of crimes, the Russian-language exile media Medusa reports, citing insiders. The Russian presidential government had been instructed that from now on no crimes committed by war returnees were to be made public. Previously, these types of requirements did not exist.

The aim is that the returned soldiers are not seen as potential criminals and that the population is not afraid of them. “True patriotic journalists” would have understood this sooner. According to the tenor, ‘positive news’ from those returning from the war is welcome, such as the fact that a returnee surprised his wife with a bouquet of flowers.
